"Improve power efficiency" and "stability" are good claims but read as subjective without a baseline, measurement method, or what changed (power rails, firmware states, etc.). Adding interface/components and before/after numbers makes the achievement credible and scannable.

Strengthen the metric and context for failure reduction. Example: "Owned FPGA board bring-up (Xilinx Artix-7); root-caused DDR3 timing margin issue and updated constraints/termination, reducing power-on test failures from 12% to 8% across N boards over M weeks."
The current numbers are a start, but reviewers will want to know the sample size and what specifically drove the improvement (constraints, layout fix, termination, clock tree). Otherwise it can sound like normal debug variance.

Specify what analyses you ran and the concrete pass/fix outcome. Example: "Ran HyperLynx SI/PI on PCIe Gen3 x4 (8 GT/s) lanes; identified 2 vias causing >3 dB loss at Nyquist and corrected stackup/antipad, passing eye-mask and return-loss targets on rev B."
"Ensure met PCIe Gen3 requirements" is vague: it does not state lane count/speed, the target limits, what issues were found, or whether you verified with lab measurements (eye diagram, BER). Adding one or two technical artifacts (eye-mask/BER/impedance) shows true ownership.

Automation is valuable, but "streamline" and "reduce manual work" are generic. Quantifying time saved and naming the test coverage/instruments makes it clear this was engineering productivity work, not minor scripting.

Add manufacturing scale and yield numbers, and clarify your actions (DFM, test limits, failure modes). Example: "Drove NPI for rev C (N units); authored functional test spec and debug flow with CM, resolving top 2 failure modes and raising first-pass yield from X% to Y%."
Manufacturing support is compelling for hardware roles, but "improve yield" without baseline, volume, or what you changed reads like routine coordination. Numbers plus failure-mode ownership make it a strong differentiator.
