"Built and maintained features" is credible but too broad; recruiters and hiring managers want to know what you owned (domain area), scale (users/traffic), and how much you shipped.

"Reduced page load time by 20%" is good but incomplete without baseline, metric definition (LCP/TTFB), and measurement method; specificity increases credibility.

"Collaborated" and "deliver sprints on time" are common phrases that do not differentiate you. Quantifying reviews and tying collaboration to quality/reliability makes leadership tangible.
