Make credentials explicit and remove ambiguity. Add a dedicated "Licensure and Certifications" line with state RN/APRN licenses, AMCB CNM certification (or eligibility and exam date), NPI/DEA if applicable, and fetal monitoring credentials if held.
For nurse midwife roles, recruiters often screen first for CNM/AMCB certification and state licensure; burying or omitting this can cause an otherwise strong resume to be filtered out.
