- Tighten bullets to show actions, timeline, and outcomes; avoid broad phrases like "improved visibility" without proof points.

Rewrite to include baseline, magnitude, and the mechanism you introduced in S&OP. Example: "Cut finished goods inventory 12% ($6.4M) and improved OTIF from 93% to 96% in 2 quarters by redesigning S&OP (weekly demand consensus, ABC forecast accuracy tracking, and exception-based replenishment)."
"Reduced" and "helped" are vague and do not communicate the business size, the before/after state, or what specifically changed. Director-level resumes need measurable working capital and service outcomes tied to a defined timeframe.

The bullet claims savings and on-time delivery improvements but provides no spend size, savings percentage, or service metric. Adding dollars/percentages and the levers used (scorecards, ASNs, lead-time policy) makes the achievement credible at Director level.

Name the system and modules, provide timeline, and quantify the operational or data-quality improvement. "Implemented new ERP modules" and "improved visibility" are generic and could describe many efforts. Hiring teams want to see program scope, your role (sponsor vs PM), and measurable outcomes such as planning stability, data accuracy, or close-cycle time.
