"Best practices" and "technical issues" are too vague for a Web Manager role. Hiring teams look for clear diagnostics (CWV, redirects, indexation), actions taken, and quantified impact.

"Led" is strong but unclear without scope. Web Managers are evaluated on cross-functional execution, deadlines, and business impact (conversion, engagement, lead volume).
