These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MethodJobs (the “Service”), operated by One Time Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login link and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@methodjobs.com.
3. Use of the Service
- You may upload a resume and provide interview context to generate practice interviews and feedback.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data that is not yours, probing for vulnerabilities, or violating applicable laws.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your resume and responses. You grant us a limited license to process your content, including sharing it with trusted service providers, to operate and improve the Service. All site content, branding, and software are owned by One Time Ventures LLC or its licensors.
5. Payments and Credits
Paid features may be offered on a per‑interview or subscription basis. Purchases are subject to our payment provider’s terms. Credits are non‑transferable and have no cash value.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides practice interviews and feedback for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes or interview performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Time Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
